How to save IMS survey drafts
Typically, it may happen that you desire to save your answers to the survey questions and to return to them at a later time. If this is the case, you would only need to click on the Save as Draft button to preserve the information you have provided.
How to submit IMS surveys
When you are done answering all the questions and saving accordingly, you would see the submit for review button appear in the last section of the survey. Click the button to submit your survey. Following this, you should see the following message on successful submission – Thank you for completing the survey. Your submission will be reviewed and you will be contacted if needed.
How to unsubmit IMS surveys
As an IMS administrator, you can unsubmit surveys as long as the survey submission deadline has not expired. The process to do this is quite simple and straightforward. Please see the video walkthrough on how to submit and unsubmit IMS surveys. Following this, you should see the following message on successful submission – Your survey is no longer submitted for review, you can update it and submit it again later. Please ensure to do so before the deadline!
