The Baseline phase defines the current cost to provide services in a given country.

The Baseline phase is the first step of establishing a Common Back Office. The baseline is used to define the current cost of the services and to understand the benefits the Common Back Office can provide. The baseline phase consists of the following steps:

  1. Inception and communication of the CBO journey​

  2. Data collection and quality assurance on tier 1 services

  3. Preparation of requirement documentation
