Proposal Evaluation

The Proposal Evaluation process supports the selection of the Hosting Entity and additional service providers for the Common Back Office initiative in a given country.

Based on the documentation prepared in advance based on the Cost Benefit Analysis, the UN entities interested in hosting and/or providing services as part of the Common Back Office will submit their proposals to UNDCO prior to an established deadline. A panel will evaluate the proposals based on the technical and financial criteria outlined and make recommendations to the UNCT (or an equivalent governance body) for final decision.
