I cannot find my agency in the organization drop down field while registering, any advice?

We didn't include all the individual departments of the Secretariat in the registration section. The list is comprised of Agencies, Funds and Programmes of the development system - with exceptions. You can choose UN Mission or UN RCO for now, to complete registration, and we'll look to add a 'UN Secretariat' or equivalent in the future.

Who receives updates on issues submitted to the Service Desk?

The UN INFO Team handles all requests and responds in a timely manner.
