Business Case phase

After the host is selected, the implementation planning can start. During the three months of this step, the following activities are expected to happen:

  • Memorandum of Understanding preparation

  • Budgeting planning

  • Cost share planning/ invoicing

  • HR transition preparation

  • Change communications
